Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding holidays). We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. Please understand that we are a team of humans, working with human hands and human brains. We're not perfect, so thank you in advance for your patience.

The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs and fees
We ship all orders with Canada Post due to their excellent price and efficiency. Canada Post maintains excellent relations with all countries of the world to eliminate regular brokerage and reduce customs fees. However, you may still be subject to customs charges depending on your address. If you choose not to pay the customs fees and send the package back to us, the shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to customs in your country by contacting your local customs offices for a better approximation of the cost before placing your order.
How to check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. Don't forget to check your SPAM!

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you. .
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item has not been used and is in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount less the shipping cost for the return. .
In the event that your order is damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address them on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
