EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If the 14 days have passed since the day your package was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If the return or exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
Here is the inspection:
- All items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Items covered with animal / human hair will NOT be accepted.
- Items that smell of smoke, cologne or deodorant cannot be accepted.
Please return the item in the same condition it was packaged and sent. If there are too many wrinkles, the return is subject to denial.
We cannot accept underwear or socks for hygienic reasons. (When available on our website)
It may take up to 7 business days to process returns (even longer after launch).
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within a certain time frame. If your return is refused, it will be returned to you.
Please send all returns, with the packing slip and order number included.
Late or missing refunds
Packages will be processed on a first come first basis. Please allow up to 7 business days for our returns department to process your refund. You will be notified by email once your order has been refunded. If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released (1-5 business days). Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is mailed. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us.
If you need to exchange a product for any reason, please return your item in the same manner as our refund policy above and please include the exchange instructions with the return. We do not offer exchange on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, we will refund you the returned item. If your item is damaged, please contact us by email at email@example.com.
We do not bear the shipping costs for returns / exchanges at this time.
If you are returning an item, shipping costs are NOT refunded.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days.
Incorrect item received or having a defect
If we have made a mistake with your order, or if there is a problem, then please write to us through the contact page on our website. We will ask for photographic evidence for our records, and provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defects within 30 days of delivery. Any complaint beyond 30 days will be considered wear and tear and cannot be replaced.
