Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If your return or exchange does not pass the inspection process, the item will be shipped back to you.

Inspection Requirements:

  • All items must be unworn and unwashed

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Items covered in pet or human hair will NOT be accepted

  • Items smelling of smoke, perfume, or deodorant cannot be accepted

  • Please return the item in the same condition and packaging it was shipped in

  • If the item is excessively wrinkled, the return may be denied

  • Underwear and socks are final sale due to hygiene reasons

Returns can take up to 7 business days to process (or longer during launches).
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
If your return is denied, the item will be sent back to you.
Please include your packing slip and order number with all return shipments.


Late or Missing Refunds
Returns are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be reviewed.
You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take 1–5 business days before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Then, contact your bank. Processing times may vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please return it following the steps in our return policy above and include exchange instructions (Exchange Instruction Form) in your return.
We do not offer exchanges on out-of-stock items. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
If your item arrived damaged, please contact our support team.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are not covered for returns or exchanges at this time.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days from delivery.


Incorrect or Defective Item Received
If there was an error with your order or if you received a defective item, please contact us through our website’s contact page.
We will request photographic proof for our records and will issue a return label (domestic only) if an exchange is required.
You must report any defects within 30 days of delivery. Claims beyond 30 days will be considered normal wear and tear and are not eligible for replacement.
