Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 4:00 PM (EST) from Monday to Friday are processed the same day, whenever possible.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM or during weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During collection launches or sales, processing time may be extended slightly. We always aim to process orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and the selected shipping method.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
We ship worldwide using Canada Post, which offers great pricing and reliability.
Canada Post has strong global partnerships that help reduce customs brokerage fees and delays.
However, your order may still be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country of residence.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the order is returned to us, we will deduct the original shipping and handling fees from your refund.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure of the potential charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active. Be sure to check your SPAM or Promotions folder.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, please email us at info@mkbernier.ca with your full name and order number.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
In such cases, you’ll receive a refund for the item, minus return shipping fees.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@mkbernier.ca with your order number and photos.
Each case is handled individually — our goal is always to find a fair solution.
